Booking conditions

• Confirmation: When you have registered, you will receive an email with information about payment, which can be made via Swish or Bank-Giro. Payment must be made within 24 hours. If you wish to pay via invoice, this is also possible. In that case, please contact me via email.

• Cancellation: If you cancel no later than 14 days before the start of the course, the full course fee will be refunded. If you cancel later than 14 days before the start of the course, there will be no refund, but the place can be transferred to another person.

• Course cancellation: If the course has to be cancelled by the organizer, the full course fee will be refunded. This can happen, for example, if the number of participants is too low or in the event of illness.

• Force majeure: The organizer is not responsible for obstacles caused by circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

• Age: The course is aimed at participants over 15 years of age.

• Accessibility: The studio is located upstairs and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

• Allergy: There is a dog in the house where the studio is located, but it is a poodle breed, which many people with fur allergies tolerate better.

Personal data policy for course participants

When you book a course, I collect your name and email address to manage the booking and send you course information. I may also use your email to inform you about future courses.

You can unsubscribe from mailings or request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting me at jenny@franze.se. I do not share your information with third parties.
